​We give great care at St. Lawrence.  It's only natural that we have and want great employees to deliver that care to our patients.  Those looking for employment at SLRC should know that we are a smaller facility, where doctors, therapists, nurses and staff often get to know patients, many of whom stay more than a few days.  We work in a team environment, which also has an immediate, positive impact on patients.  At SLRC, it's possible to feel a little bit more connected not only with co-workers, but also with patients. There's nothing  more rewarding than seeing a patient through a treatment that leads to wellness.

There are approximately 300 full-time equivalents on staff at SLRC, including full-time, part-time and per diem / on-call employees.  We have employment opportunities in the fields of  Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Services, Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Social Services, Pastoral Care, and Rehabilitative Nursing.  Additional staffing areas include Pharmacy, Plant and Environmental Services, Food Services, Security, and administrative support staff.
