About the Region

Lawrenceville is one of the oldest municipalities in New Jersey. Founded in 1697, the Mercer County Township is characterized by its open space, nearly a third of which is protected by the Farmland Preservation Program. The town is also graced by 15 active farms that grow apples, peaches, vegetables and organic beef and chicken.

Home to Rider University, the town is also only a few miles away from Princeton University. The Lawrenceville and Princeton areas of Mercer County are rich and exciting opportunities to explore local culture and events. From museums and historical societies to theater and jazz under the stars, living at Rosecliff truly is neighborhood living.
