We provide specialized care in the area of orthopedics, including treatment of back and neck problems, shoulder injuries, post-operative care including total joint replacement, shoulder and knee surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain and multifactorial gait impairments.

After a thorough evaluation, your therapist will design a customized and eclectic treatment plan using techniques and strategies that will promote improved flexibility, reduced pain, improved function and ability to return to sports and activities of daily living.

This plan may include manual techniques such as joint mobilizations, soft tissue work, myofascial release, neuromuscular facilitation (including kinesio taping) and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. Exercise will consist of strengthening, proprioceptive tasks, stretching and stabilization. Modalities such as iontophoresis, ultrasound, E-stim and moist heat may also be used.
